Supported by the Benevolent Fund:
Sudanese community development
When Christ Church Melton wanted to start a Sudanese Community Development program they approached the Melbourne Anglican Benevolent Society (MABS) to kick-start the funding.
Focus on families
Dorothy Hughes, Children and Families Ministry Facilitator for the Diocese says the best part of her job is helping churches feel confident in their ministry to children and families, and seeing growth in those areas as a result.
Bushfire appeal
The Archbishop’s Bushfire Appeal administered by the Melbourne Anglican Benevolent Society Inc has provided pastoral care to all bushfire-affected areas in Melbourne and Marysville, as well as practical items such as tools or hardware vouchers.
