The first of what is hoped to be a series of schools established by the ADSC is Hume Anglican Grammar School, founded in 2008 in Craigieburn. The P-12 School is now operating on the former Victoria University Campus at Sunbury and already has 300 students. The school will move to its new permanent site and to new facilities at the historic Mt Ridley Homestead property, Mt Ridley Rd, Mickleham for the start of the 2011 school year with 500 students.
"The special partnership in this instance between Church and School has been a great blessing and provided much strength as the ADSC and School Council has navigated a way through the planning process."
The School was birthed on the vision of a number of faithful servants of Christ at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Craigieburn. The special partnership in this instance between Church and School has been a great blessing and provided much strength as the ADSC and School Council has navigated a way through the planning process. The success of the School to date is based on its vision of providing a faith based holistic education, affordable fees, a community ethos and an open enrolment policy.
