Support for human rights rests on the understanding that community flourishes when all people are included and accorded the dignity and respect they deserve as children of God. All human beings are entitled to dignity, compassion and respect.
The SRC believes that comprehensive laws which outline our human rights commitments and make us accountable when we fail them will help to protect and promote the rights of the most marginalised and vulnerable in our community.
