The Anglican Diocese of Melbourne extranet is live!

The Parish Portal extranet is now live and replaces this section of the website. Resources here will be maintained until 30 June 2013, after which they will be removed permanently.
The new Parish Portal is a secure site requiring an authenticated logon. UserIDs are managed via an automated process connected to the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne client relationship management database (CRM). Default access is granted to:
- Clergy
- Authorised stipendiary lay ministers
- Parish vestry office bearers - churchwardens, treasurers, secretaries
- Synod representatives for 2013
- Council of the Diocese
Others users, such as Diocesan authorised committee members, parish office employees, honorary ministers, theological students, and any other nominated parties will be granted access on application, as soon as the above have been successfully processed.
Parish Portal access
If you did not receive your Parish Portal userID via email by Friday 19 April 2013, and you are clergy,a parish vestry office-bearer in your parish vestry,or authorised stipendiary lay minister, there are two possible explanations:
- Your details are not registered on our database, or
- Your details have changed.
To ensure our details are up to date, we will need the following from you:
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Parish name
- Parish role (Eg. churchwarden)
Please forward this information to the database manager via email: parishportal@melbourneanglican.org.au
If you are not registered on our database and you are a vestry officer-bearer or ASLM, your email will be returned with a form which will need authorisation from your Vicar and submitted as per the regular process.
Due the large volume of database changes which may be required,please allow 30 days for processing.
Lay Synod representatives for 2013 will be forwarded Parish Portal userIDs following upcoming elections.
